Terms for an adult-owned family service.

The service and acceptance

Hadoty is an adult-owned family storytelling and routine service. By creating an account, accepting these Terms, or using Hadoty, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have authority to manage the household you create, and agree to these Terms and the Privacy Notice.

Hadoty accounts belong only to adults. A family profile is a record managed by an adult and is not an account, identity credential, public profile, or independent purchasing relationship for a child.

Adult responsibility

The household owner is responsible for account security, family-profile details, caregiver invitations, story instructions, approval of generated drafts, purchases, downloads, supervised family use, and deciding what is appropriate for each family member. Caregivers receive only the permissions explicitly granted to their verified adult accounts. Children must not operate adult-only account, billing, privacy, deletion, or sharing controls unsupervised.

Accounts and security

You must provide accurate adult account information and keep access credentials secure. Google sign-in and verified email/password are provided through Firebase Authentication. A local PIN or biometric gate is a convenience control and does not replace account authentication. Hadoty may require recent authentication for billing, export, deletion, caregiver, session, or other sensitive actions.

Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use. Hadoty may revoke sessions, suspend access, or require verification when necessary to protect a household, comply with law, investigate abuse, or maintain the service.

Private family content

Story recipes, drafts, approved stories, family-profile preferences, reading progress, routines, and related records are private to the authorized household unless an adult deliberately exports or shares a minimized copy. Hadoty has no public community, comments, messaging, advertising network, or child account at launch.

You retain rights you already hold in content you submit. You grant Hadoty and its processors a limited licence to host, process, reproduce, adapt, and transmit that content only as needed to provide, secure, support, export, or delete the service. This licence ends when the content is deleted, except for disclosed legal, security, backup, or financial retention.

AI-generated material

Hadoty may use versioned generative models for story planning, prose, illustrations, classification, and optional narration. Generated material can be inaccurate, repetitive, culturally awkward, incomplete, or unsuitable. It is provided as a private draft and must be reviewed by an adult before approval for the household library.

Hadoty does not promise that generated output is unique, error-free, educationally effective, clinically useful, or free from similarity to independently generated material. Do not use Hadoty for emergency, medical, legal, diagnostic, therapeutic, or safety-critical advice. Adults can report concerning generated content in the app or through the published reporting route.

Voice and read-to-parent

If enabled, adult recipe recordings are temporary, used for transcription, and deleted after transcription with a one-hour hard maximum. Read-to-parent is a supervised progress aid, not a literacy score, diagnosis, speech-therapy service, or clinical assessment. The launch implementation does not retain read-to-parent audio or full transcripts.

Acceptable use

You must not use Hadoty to create or distribute illegal, exploitative, sexual, hateful, violent, privacy-invasive, impersonating, deceptive, or dangerous content; upload a child's likeness where the feature does not expressly permit it; clone or imitate a person's voice; collect information about another household; bypass adult, integrity, safety, entitlement, or rate controls; reverse engineer private services beyond rights that cannot legally be restricted; interfere with the service; or use automated access without written permission.

Hadoty may hold, refuse, remove, or restrict content or access when reasonably necessary for safety, security, law, rights protection, or service integrity. A safety rejection does not create a right to automatic regeneration.

Subscriptions and Story Sparks

Paid Android purchases are offered through Google Play. The Play purchase screen supplies the current localized price, renewal period, taxes, trial or offer terms, cancellation route, and refund rules. Hadoty does not promise an “unlimited” service. Allowances and Story Spark credits are server-authoritative and may be limited to control safety, reliability, fraud, and cost.

Google Play manages payment credentials. Hadoty verifies purchase state and keeps minimized entitlement and financial-ledger records. Cancellation stops future renewal but does not normally refund the current period. Grace, account hold, expiry, refund, and revocation follow Play state and applicable law. Previously approved private stories remain readable after subscription expiry, while new premium creation benefits may stop.

Availability and changes

Features may depend on device support, language resources, connectivity, model availability, safety review, quotas, and regional services. Hadoty may repair, limit, pause, replace, or discontinue a capability. Preview models are not production dependencies. Material changes to these Terms will receive reasonable notice where required; continued use after the effective date indicates acceptance, except where renewed consent is legally required.

Suspension and termination

You may stop using Hadoty, cancel purchases through Google Play, export eligible data, or request account deletion. Hadoty may suspend or terminate access for material breach, abuse, fraud, safety risk, legal obligation, or threat to another person or the service. Where reasonable, Hadoty will explain the action and allow correction or appeal. Termination does not remove payment, legal, security, or retention obligations that lawfully survive.

Warranty and liability boundary

Hadoty is provided with reasonable care and skill, subject to mandatory law. To the extent permitted by law, the service is otherwise provided “as available,” and Hadoty does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, particular stories, model outputs, learning results, or compatibility with every device or network.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud, deliberate misconduct, or other mandatory consumer rights. To the extent permitted by law, Hadoty is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss caused by unreviewed generated output, or loss caused by a user's breach, unsupported device, third-party platform, or event outside reasonable control.

Governing law and disputes

The proposed governing law is the law of the Arab Republic of Egypt, without removing mandatory consumer or data-protection rights that apply in Egypt, Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, or another permitted country of use. Contact Hadoty first at the published support address so the issue can be investigated. Nothing prevents a consumer from using a regulator, court, or mandatory dispute route available under applicable law.
